Diabetes Services
- Diabetes Education: Our education services provide both individualized and group classes to help patients understand and manage conditions such as diabetes through diet/nutrition and lifestyle strategies. We also help patients learn to use their continuous glucose monitor (CGM) systems, so they have the tools to manage their conditions.
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
- Eversense Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM): A long-term implantable sensor (365 days) to track glucose levels throughout the day. It offers real-time alerts and insights, helping patients better manage diabetes with fewer fingersticks and more consistent data.
- NS100: Non-invasive nerve testing procedure to evaluate small-fiber nerve function, often impacted by diabetes or neuropathy. It provides quick, accurate results that help providers identify early nerve damage and guide treatment plans.
- SudoScan: Evaluates sweat gland function to detect early signs of small-fiber neuropathy, often related to diabetes. The test takes only a few minutes and helps identify nerve damage before symptoms become severe
- Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI): Test that compares blood pressures in the arms and legs to assess blood flow and screen for peripheral artery disease. It is simple, non-invasive, and provides important information about circulation and cardiovascular risk.
